    You can do a couple of things, 1) when you booked you were given a Ref code. with this you can go to our "check my trip" section enter the code with your last name and print out your trip info. 2) You can log in as a view your prurachse on your account. 3)You can call us directly or email us to get another copy.

    If this ever occurs you must contact us ASAP to let us know this has occurred. You will need to contact the airline and they will provide you with a lost ticket application. You must fill this out (fees may apply) and they will start an investigation for your tickets. You will need to book and purchase another ticket directly from the airline. They will then credit your money after they have completed the investigation to verify that your ticket(s) have been lost.
