Aeromexico Check-in
Web and mobile check-in is available. Airport check-in: for flights within Mexico, passengers with a boarding pass and carry-on luggage should check-in 30 minutes before scheduled departure. With baggage the time limit is 90 minutes. Passengers without a boarding pass and carrying cabin luggage only should check-in 90 minutes before the flight is scheduled to take off. With luggage, they should check-in 120 minutes before departure.
On international flights, passengers with a boarding pass and just cabin baggage should check-in 40 minutes before departure. With a boarding pass and luggage, the check-in time is 90 minutes. If passengers do not have a boarding pass, the recommended check-in time is 180 minutes.
Aeromexico baggage allowance
Carry-on: One cabin bag weighing up to 10kg (22lbs) with a maximum linear measurement (length + width + height) of 1.15m (45in).
Checked: The complimentary checked baggage allowance varies by class and route. On intra-Mexico flights the allowance is one piece weighing up to 25kg (55lbs). On US, European and Central American flights the allowance is one piece weighing up to 23kg (50lbs). On South American routes the allowance is two pieces weighing up to 23kg (50lbs) each.
Excess: Excess baggage rates start from $50 MXN per kg.
Aeromexico legroom
Seat pitch depends on aircraft. In general, Economy passengers have 76-81cm (30-32in) seat pitch. Business-Class passengers stretch out with 36-60in (91cm-152cm).

Child fares
There are some discounts for infant and junior flyers. These vary by class of travel and route.
Senior fares
There's a 10 per cent discount for older travellers flying Premier Plus.
Pets
Animals are transported by Aeromexico. Costs: domestic flights, $540 (Mexican dollars); $90 on flights from/to US, Canada, Central America, Peru, Colombia and Costa Rica. $180 for flights from/to the rest of South America, Europe and Asia.
Carrying musical instruments
Musical instruments measuring 114cm (45in) can be brought on board as a carry-on item. A separate seat can be purchased for a large instrument or it can be checked in the aircraft’s baggage compartment.
In-flight service
Depending on the destination and duration of your flight, Aeromexico offers a range of dishes, a large variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as complimentary alcoholic drinks. Special meals can be requested before the flight; these include low-salt, diabetic, infant and Kosher menus.
